PRESEPE IN CARTAPESTA, Sicilia, circa 1900: Presepe antico con figure in cartapesta di altezze variabili tra i 25 e i 37 cm, realizzato in Sicilia nella provincia di Messina tra la fine dell'Ottocento e i primi anni del Novecento. Il bambinello è in cera, con cuscino originale in pizzo. Sono presenti due figure in terracotta che rappresentano due angioletti. Il presepe proviene dalla Collezione Fazio di Messina, oggetto di varie mostre e pubblicazioni
PAPIER MACHE' (Paper Pulp) CRIB, Sicily, circa 1900: Beautiful ancient crèche (crib), Nativity set with figures tall from 25 to 37 centimeters, hand-crafted in Sicily between late XIX and early XX century. The Infant Jesus is made of wax, with original lace-trimmed pillow. Two angels are made of terra-cotta. The crib comes from the Fazio Collection of Messina, Sicily, which was featured in many books and shows.
